Electrician Worker

Job Description:
We are looking for qualified and experienced electricians to join reputable construction, industrial, and residential projects across Poland. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Candidates must be knowledgeable in reading electrical diagrams, troubleshooting electrical faults, and following international safety standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, lighting systems, and electrical equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
  • Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or needed adjustments
  • Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and ensure timely repairs
  • Install circuit breakers, control panels, switches, and outlets
  • Test electrical systems using appropriate testing tools and equipment
  • Follow Polish and international electrical safety standards at all times
  • Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and supervisors
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities
  • Ensure all work areas are safe, clean, and well-organized

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity)
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with relevant experience
  • Certificate of Good Conduct / Police Clearance
  • Full-size Clear Photo (white or light background)
  • Good English communication skills (basic to intermediate level)
  • Proven experience as an electrician (minimum 1 year recommended)
  • Knowledge of electrical tools, wiring procedures, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Physically fit and able to work in construction or industrial settings
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, or overtime when required

Additional Advantages (Not Mandatory):

  • Electrical certification or technical training from a recognized institution
  • Previous work experience in European countries
  • Knowledge of basic Polish language
  • Experience in industrial electrical systems, PLCs, or automation
