Job Description:
We are seeking strong, committed, and hardworking construction workers to join reputable construction companies in the Czech Republic. The role involves assisting in various building activities including site preparation, material handling, basic carpentry, demolition, concreting, and support for skilled tradesmen. Candidates must be physically fit, able to follow instructions, and willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris and setting up equipment
- Support masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers
- Mix and prepare cement, concrete, mortar, and other building materials
- Perform basic carpentry, formwork assistance, and scaffolding preparation
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks
- Operate simple construction tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment at all times
- Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and organized
- Help complete tasks according to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Job Requirements:
- Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity)
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Certificate of Good Conduct / Police Clearance
- Full-size Clear Photo (white or light background)
- Good English communication skills (basic level)
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and manual labour
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively in a team
- Willingness to work overtime or shifts depending on project needs
Additional Advantages (Not Mandatory):
- Previous experience in construction, masonry, carpentry, or general labor
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures
- Certification in basic construction skills
- Experience working in European or Middle Eastern construction sites
- Basic knowledge of Czech or willingness to learn
