Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented confectionery workers to join reputable food production and bakery factories in Poland. The role involves assisting in the preparation, baking, decorating, and packaging of confectionery products such as pastries, cakes, chocolates, biscuits, and sweets. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow hygiene standards, and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in mixing ingredients according to recipes and production instructions
- Operate bakery and confectionery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and molding machines
- Decorate pastries, cakes, biscuits, and other products as required
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Package and label confectionery items for distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Follow food safety guidelines and factory production procedures
- Work with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets
- Report any machine malfunctions or safety issues promptly
Job Requirements:
- Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity)
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Certificate of Good Conduct / Police Clearance
- Full-size Clear Photo (white or light background)
- Good English communication skills (basic level)
- Ability to work in a food production environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts or overtime
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
