Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Worker to join our expanding team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites, assisting with the building, repair, and maintenance of structures. This role requires physical endurance, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The Construction Worker will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with the preparation of construction sites, mixing and handling construction materials, operating basic tools and equipment, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with supervisors and other workers to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Valid Passport: Applicants must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining to facilitate travel and work authorization in Poland.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV): A comprehensive CV detailing relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and references is mandatory. It should clearly outline previous construction roles, specific skills such as operating machinery or specialized trades, and any relevant training.
  • Good Conduct Certificate: Candidates must provide a recent police clearance or good conduct certificate from their home country or previous employers. This document verifies the applicant’s integrity and suitability for working in a regulated environment.
  • Full Recent Photograph: A clear, recent passport-sized photograph must be submitted for identification purposes. The photo should be professional and up-to-date.
  • Proficiency in English: Basic to intermediate English language skills are required for effective communication on-site, understanding safety instructions, and collaborating with team members. Additional language skills relevant to the region or project may be considered an advantage.
  • Physical Fitness: The role demands good physical health and stamina. Candidates should be capable of performing strenuous activities, lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
