Formworkers and Reinforcers

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled, strong, and reliable Form workers and Reinforcers to join major construction and infrastructure projects across Poland. These roles are essential in the preparation, shaping, and reinforcement of concrete structures. Candidates will work on building foundations, columns, walls, bridges, tunnels, and other structural components. The job requires technical precision, physical strength, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Formworkers:

  • Build and assemble formwork systems for concrete pouring
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools
  • Install and secure formwork panels, shutters, and molds
  • Ensure formwork is properly aligned, stable, and meets project specifications
  • Assist in pouring, compacting, and curing concrete
  • Dismantle formwork after concrete sets safely and efficiently

Reinforcers (Steel Fixers):

  • Cut, bend, and shape steel bars or mesh according to designs
  • Install reinforcement steel (rebar) in foundations, beams, slabs, and columns
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and reinforcement schedules
  • Tie steel bars using manual or mechanical tying tools
  • Inspect reinforcement work to ensure proper spacing and alignment
  • Work closely with engineers and site supervisors

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Follow construction safety rules and wear protective clothing
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines
  • Report any safety hazards or material shortages promptly

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Passport (minimum 6-Months validity)
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with relevant work experience
  • Certificate of Good Conduct / Police Clearance
  • Full-size Clear Photo (white or light background)
  • Good English communication skills (basic for workplace coordination)
  • Proven experience as a formworker, carpenter, steel fixer, or concrete worker
  • Ability to read construction drawings (added advantage)
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor environments
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures in construction sites

Additional Advantages (Not Mandatory):

  • Previous experience in European or Middle Eastern construction projects
  • Certification or vocational training in construction skills
  • Ability to use specialized tools such as rebar cutters, benders, and power saws
  • Basic Polish language skills or willingness to learn
