House Manager in Bahrain

We are looking for a highly organised, responsible, and professional Lady House Manager to oversee daily household operations for a reputable family in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing domestic staff and home activities. This position requires a mature, detail-oriented individual who can maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency within the household.


Job Overview

The Lady House Manager will be in charge of supervising domestic staff, coordinating daily household tasks, managing schedules, handling inventories, and ensuring smooth home operations. She will work closely with the employer to maintain a well-organized, respectful, and efficient home environment.


Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating all household staff (housekeepers, cooks, cleaners, drivers, etc.)
  • Managing daily schedules, cleaning routines, and task assignments
  • Ensuring the home is always clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handling household supplies, stock levels, and purchasing
  • Overseeing meal arrangements and kitchen organization when required
  • Coordinating repair and maintenance services for household equipment
  • Welcoming guests and assisting with hospitality arrangements
  • Managing household budgets, expenses, and petty cash
  • Reporting directly to the employer and addressing household needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality, trust, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • Female applicants only
  • Previous experience as a house manager, senior housekeeper, or supervisor
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent English communication (Arabic is an added advantage)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Honest, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Mature and well-presented personality

  • Willingness to work full-time and live-in if required by employer
