We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced House Manager to work for a reputable family in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will oversee daily household operations, manage domestic staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, and ensure smooth running of all home activities. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.
Job Overview
The House Manager will be responsible for coordinating household routines, supervising staff, handling inventories, managing schedules, and ensuring the home remains comfortable, well-maintained, and efficient. The role requires discretion, reliability, and strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating domestic staff (cleaners, cooks, nannies, drivers, etc.)
- Managing daily and weekly household schedules
- Ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping in all areas
- Monitoring household supplies and handling purchasing of groceries and essentials
- Overseeing meal arrangements, kitchen operations, and hospitality when needed
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance services, and external contractors
- Welcoming guests and ensuring proper guest service
- Managing household budgets, expenses, and petty cash
- Reporting daily activities and updates to the employer
- Maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a house manager, supervisor, or senior housekeeper
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage)
- Mature, respectful, trustworthy, and well-presented
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
