Job Overview
The Lady House Manager will be responsible for coordinating household activities, supervising domestic staff, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the home. She will work closely with the employer to maintain order, comfort, and confidentiality in the household.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating household staff (cleaners, cooks, laundry personnel, drivers, etc.)
- Managing household schedules, cleaning routines, and task distributions
- Ensuring hygiene and high standards of housekeeping are maintained
- Handling household inventories, supplies, and purchasing needs
- Overseeing meal planning and kitchen organization where required
- Coordinating maintenance and repair services
- Greeting visitors and assisting with guest arrangements
- Managing budgets and reporting expenses to the employer
- Ensuring confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
- Addressing household needs and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
- Female candidates only
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good command of English (Arabic is an added advantage)
- Prior experience as a house manager, supervisor, or senior housekeeper preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced household
- Trustworthy, respectful, and mature personality
- Ability to manage staff and communicate instructions clearly
